I know that good therapy changes lives. I fundamentally believe in providing a nurturing, empowering space in which to explore who you are and how you are really feeling. Appropriate challenge and skilful questioning is also part of the therapy journey.
Uncovering subconscious, edge of awareness feelings is often extremely helpful in bringing about personal change, forging resilience and bringing a person towards living an authentic life.

I work solely with adults on an individual basis and appointments are virtual via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype.
